Who we are
PM Learning Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1258826-W) is a Malaysia-based corporate training provider. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, enquire about a programme, or respond to one of our ads, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on our website, respond to a Facebook lead ad, or contact us directly, we may collect:
Full name
Company name and job title
Phone number
Email address
The programme(s) you're enquiring about
Any message or details you provide about your training needs
We don't collect payment information through these forms, and we don't collect data through website cookies for advertising purposes at this time.
How we use it
We use your information to:
Respond to your enquiry and provide guidance on our training programmes
Follow up by email, phone, or WhatsApp about the specific enquiry you made
Process registrations and, where applicable, HRD Corp claim submissions on your behalf
Keep basic records of enquiries for our own business purposes
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Your information may pass through the following service providers, solely to deliver the above:
Zapier — automates routing of your enquiry to our systems
Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail) — where enquiries are logged and replied to
HRD Corp — only where you've asked us to help submit or process a training claim on your behalf
If you responded via a Facebook/Meta lead ad, Meta also processes your data according to their own privacy policy, which is separate from ours.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to maintain business and HRD Corp records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask us to:
